textures? textures? who's got the textures?
Okay, so today another little update, sorry I'm not doing anything bulky.. But at least I've got a steady update thinger going.. Today I have added a couple of Ian Somerhalder icons, and tried to make some icon textures that I have added to the content section. They don't look fantastic as images, but I assure you, as textures, they don't look too terrible. I was quite pleased, actually.. Normally when I try to make resources they look totally rubbish. I think it's the colour squares on them, they're good luck, or something.
Okay, I actually have something of interest to blog about today. I went to Oakwood yesterday for a school trip! It was quite fun, actually. Me, Cath and Elly went on treetops five times. I refused to go on any of the big rides, but the little ones are just as good xD Our dingy ((boat thing? Is that how you spell it?)) nearly went down the snake slide before the guy pressed the button to let us go, and he had to pull us back before we went down and crashed into the people who went before us.. It was scaaarrrrry. And we saw a guy on Bounce who was funny, bless him, he spent the whole time going up trying to gather his breathing, making 'hooo hooo hooo' noises, and then when it fell he said something along the lines of 'OH MY HOLLLLYYYY GOOOODDD', and we burst out laughing. I don't know why people enjoy those things, adrenalin is just a fancy word for fear, I swear.
Not many people turned up in school today, tired after the trip from yesterday.. But I was a good girl and soldiered on, only to go home dinner time because half of the teachers didn't turn up either. We had free lessons all morning. Cath came over my house and we watched Stardust.. Which just rocks, 'nuff said. And then we fell asleep while trying to watch Riki Lake xD Probably to compensate for the fact that we didn't have a lie in because we went to school.. She went then though, and my niece came over and had a bath in our house. She know knows how to say 'yes'. Woohoot, bless her. I do swear though, if I have to watch the Tigger song another time I'm going to throw something.
Anyway, yeah, enjoy the icons and textures and stuff.. I'm going to watch the eviction, but I might check on periodically, not that I think I'll get any comments by then.. But I always like to check, and my emails, and my forums, and.. well.. yeah.

miranda kerr
I added five new Miranda Kerr icons to the contents section. You should thank everyone at The Miranda Kerr Fan Forum for those, guys, considering they asked for them. xD Speaking of which, that forum is great, the lovely Admin, Miss Nanda, made me a mod there! And I got to make the header! Woohoot!
I found out that they have Photoshop CS in the computer lab at my school today, but you have to request permission to go in there, and they usually only let you in if a teacher has booked the room. How unfair is that? I found that they have Photoshop 5 in the art back room as well though, so me and my mate have been going there whenever we have a free graphics lesson to mess about. So far all I've made is a colourisation and a signature, but since I have to rush making them, I wouldn't say I'd done too bad!
Last night's Big Brother task was very fun to watch, I've always been interested in any disability that involves missing a sense, and so Mikey having to help them to adjust to being blind was really interesting for me, like he showed Jen the clicker thing to put in a cup to show when the cup is getting full, and when he told.. Was it Luke? To feel around with his knuckles rather than his fingers so that if someone opened a door they wouldn't get their fingers stuck!

Okay, so today I added some textures and some PNGs for anyone who wishes to use them. They're not very good, because I was really just experimenting, but the PNGs are not too bad, and the textures are usable. lol. I have also added a new blend of the lovely Mr. Gaspard Ulliel, as suggested by a mate of mine, so any Gaspard fans might want to check that out =)
Not much has happened to me today, other than there being a fire alarm at school, and me and my friend having seagulls swarm us when we were trying to eat our dinner.
Did anyone see Doctor Who or Big Brother over the weekend? Doctor Who was just.. fab. Completely, I was utterly speechless, and poor Rose! On BB, Jen is starting to annoy me a little bit, she made such a fuss about that painting, and she keeps teasing poor Dale, bless him. I mean, Rex shouldn't have smudged it, but he had already given her a proper apology, it's not as if he could turn back time, what more could he do? I don't really have anyone that I think should win, at the moment though.. None of them seem particularly horrible anymore, but none of them stick out as particularly nice or whatever either.
